IFEOMA JACQUELINE OKOLO, RN, M.A.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Ifeoma Okolo is the Chief Executive Officer of Concord Health Management, the holding company of Concord Home Care Inc., Concord Primary Care Services, and Concord Home Medical. Ifeoma sits on the board of Concord Health Management and is also the Director of Clinical Services.

Ifeoma's nursing career spans 30-years. She has held positions as Director of Nursing, Field Supervisor, Field Nurse, and Nurse in the States of District of Columbia, Maryland, and Texas. She is a licensed Nurse in the State of Texas.

Ifeoma earned a Diploma in Nursing from University College Hospital, Ibadan, Nigeria, a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Lagos, Nigeria, and a Master of Arts in Political Economics from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands.



MAURICE JENKINS
CHIEF COMMUNITY RELATIONS LIAISON & ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR

As Chief Community Relations Liaison, Mr. Jenkins focuses on fostering relationships with the local community in addition to recruiting for the company. Additionally, he is charged with creating and developing marketing materials, and expanded marketing objectives, and accounts projections. He is also the Assistant Administrator, and works directly with Osei Okolo on internal communications objectives for Concord Home Care Inc.

Prior to his position, Mr. Jenkins worked under Ifeoma Okolo, CEO of Concord Health Management, as Clinical Care Coordinator, and as an Intake Coordinator/Benefits Counselor, a Licensed Vocational Nurse, and a Supervisor of Clinical Division in the United States Army.

Mr. Jenkins is a retired United States Staff Sergeant, and a member of the Non-Commissioned Officer's Association for the United States of America. He is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education and is a Licensed Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of Texas.



OSEI OKOLO
CONCORD HOME CARE INC., & CONCORD HOME MEDICAL
ADMINISTRATOR & DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (DME) MANAGER

In his role, Osei is responsible for the day-to-day administration, management and operations of Concord Home Care Inc., and Concord Home Medical. Additionally, he works to identify new internal communications concepts, and business opportunities within the home medical equipment industry. Osei has previously been the Director of Human Resources, and Office Manager for Concord Home Care Inc.

Osei earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, and a Master of Science degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies from the University of Jos, Nigeria.



NORMA BUSTAMANTE
CONCORD PRIMARY CARE SERVICES
SENIOR STAFFING COORDINATOR & STATE PROGRAMS TIMEKEEPER

In her role, Norma hires, and manages staffing for Concord Primary Care Services, the provider care services department. She also conducts admissions for Primary Health Care (PHC), and Supervisory Visits.

Norma is a graduate of San Antonio College, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and completed Computer Base Training for the home health and provider care services industries.

She has worked as a Staffing Supervisor and Field Supervisor prior to joining Concord Primary Care Services.
